2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Ganterie Boon and to every distance contract concluded between Ganterie Boon and the consumer.
3. Products and Availability
At Ganterie Boon, we offer a carefully selected assortment available both in our store and webshop. We do our utmost to keep our online stock up to date.
However, in rare cases, a product may turn out to be out of stock. Should this happen, we will personally contact you to propose an alternative, an adjusted delivery time, or a refund—whichever you prefer.
Looking for a specific product that you cannot find or that is temporarily unavailable? Feel free to email us. We will gladly help you find a solution.
4. Prices
At Ganterie Boon, we value transparency. All prices on our webshop are in euros, including 21% VAT (in accordance with EU legislation).
We strive for accuracy, but it may happen that a price is listed incorrectly. In such a case, we will contact you before processing your order. Typos or errors in price listings are not binding.
5. Shipping Costs
We provide free shipping within Belgium for orders of €150 or more. For orders under €150 within Belgium, shipping costs will apply. These are clearly shown during checkout.
For shipments outside Belgium, additional costs apply depending on the destination country. These are also communicated transparently during checkout.
6. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed in euros (EUR). For customers outside the eurozone, exchange rates are determined by your card issuer or payment provider.
All online payments are made via a secure SSL connection. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details.
7. Delivery and Retention of Title
Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment. Delivery is carried out via Bpost or an external courier:
You may provide an alternative delivery address. Ganterie Boon is not liable for delays caused by third parties or incorrect address details. Delivered goods remain the property of Ganterie Boon until full payment has been received.
Prefer to pick up your order yourself? That’s possible! During checkout, you can choose collection at our store in Antwerp during regular opening hours. Once your order is ready, we will notify you by email.
8. Warranty & Service
At Ganterie Boon, we believe in craftsmanship and quality. When you purchase from us, you can trust that the product meets your reasonable expectations.
Your statutory consumer rights remain fully in effect. If something is wrong with your item (manufacturing defect), we will work with you to find a solution. Please contact us at info@ganterieboon.com
We will assess whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Changed your mind? No problem. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receipt.
Note: this right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
The product must be unused, in new condition, returned in its original state with tags attached, gloves paired together, and packaged in the original packaging.
10. Returns
Please email us beforehand at info@ganterieboon.com, preferably with the reason for your return or your preference for an exchange.
Would you rather exchange? Indicate which model, size, and color you prefer. We will send you the desired item subject to availability. If it is unavailable, we will contact you. You can always check availability on our website first.
Return or exchange conditions: the product must be unused, in new condition, with tags attached, gloves paired together, and packaged in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend sending via registered mail. Ganterie Boon is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of your return. Any additional shipping costs for a new delivery may apply.
Please follow the above procedure. Returns that deviate from this procedure unfortunately cannot be processed.
11. Complaints
We do everything we can to help you quickly and correctly. Do you still have a complaint or issue? Please contact us at info@ganterieboon.com. We will respond within 72 hours with an appropriate answer or proposal.
If we cannot find a solution together, you may contact the Ombudsman Service for Retail (www.ombudsdiensthandel.be) or use the European Commission’s ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

13. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (strike, pandemic, natural disaster, technical failure), both parties may terminate the agreement without cost.
14. Liability
Ganterie Boon is not liable for indirect damage or loss, nor for errors in website information. We reserve the right to change content or prices at any time.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements are subject to Belgian law. In case of disputes, only the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction.
